By the leading of the Lord through constant payers, I will select a location, choosing a community or area where the church will be planted, considering demographic and spiritual needs. I will engage with the local community through service, events, and relationship-building.
Discipleship
I always develop a structured process sthat guides members form new believer stages to mature followers of Christ. This might include classes, mentoring, small groups, and service opportunities. Offer Discipleship Classes and Resources, Provide Bible studies, and devotional materials that help members understand Scripture and apply them.
Thus, pair mature believers with newere believers to foster one-on-one growth and accountability.
Facilitate small groups for Bible suthy, prayer, and mutual support, creating a safe environmetn for honest discussion and growth. Not only that, but also involve members in Service and Outreach.
Development
Explain to your target audience the development EIM is undertaking currently and maybe the propose plans. Finally, tell them how they can help support the work of Christ.

Dear Brothers and Sisters Around the World,
Grace and peace be unto you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As your humble servant and pastor, I come to you with a heart full of faith and a spirit of hope. We are living in times that call for steadfastness, prayer, and unity in the body of Christ.
Today, I invite you to join me in a collective act of prayer as we continue to spread the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ in both Liberia and Sierra Leone. Let us lift up our voices to heaven, asking for divine guidance, boldness, protection and provisionsas we share the love of Christ with a world in need. May the Holy Spirit empower us to be witnesses of His truth, mercy, and grace.
Together, through prayer and action, we can make a lasting impact and bring more souls into the Kingdom of God. I believe that with faith and perseverance, the message of hope and salvation will reach every corner of both Liberia and Sierra Leone.
